Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our warehouse, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.

Please note that orders placed after 12:00pm Pacific Time will begin processing the following business day.

Orders with express shipping selected (2-Day or Next Day) are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. However, please be aware that "2-Day" and "Next Day" indicates the estimated delivery time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include the processing time at our fulfillment center.

All international shipments will be sent via FedEx International Economy only.

For international shipments the billing and shipping address must be the same or we will not process the order.

We reserves the right to change what countries are serviced based on the levels of Credit Card fraud and associated risk reported in each country.

For P.O. Boxes orders will be sent USPS Priority Mail when Ground Service is selected and USPS Express Mail when Overnight or 2nd Day are selected. Any shipments to a P.O. Box where Overnight is selected will automatically be adjusted to Express Mail at the respective 2nd Day FedEx Rate.

For backordered items, orders begin processing as soon as the backordered item is returned to stock. You can expect your order to ship 1-2 business days after the backordered item is returned to stock.

Certain items (which require special preparation for shipment, or customization) may require a longer processing time. We make every effort to accurately set this expectation by listing shipping times in the item description pages.

We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment which exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please email us at info@monkeybusiness.com

Collecting Information

Like many websites, we gather information about how visitors use our website. In general, you can visit many of our web pages without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. We use a variety of security measures, including sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secure networks and is only accessible to a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All credit card information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be accessed only as stated above. Regardless of these efforts, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Cookies and Pixel Tags

A cookie is a small removable data file that is stored by your web browser on your computer. Cookies allow you to place an order on our website and allow us to enhance and personalize your online browsing and shopping experience. For example, we use cookies to:

We also use pixel tags - tiny graphic images - to help us analyze your online behavior. Pixel tags also allow us to send you email in a format you can read and let us know when you have opened an email message from us.

We may use pixel tags to collect information about your visit, including the pages you view, the links you click and other actions taken in connection with our sites and services. We also collect certain standard information that your browser sends to every website you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring Web site addresses.

Unsubscribing,

To unsubscribe from an email, please follow the instructions in any email you receive. You can also send a request. Be sure to include your first and last name and account email address in the "message" box.

SMS Messages

To unsubscribe from SMS messages, please follow the instructions in the SMS messages you receive.

Direct Mail (including Catalogs)

If you would like your name and address removed from our direct mailing list or if you would like to update your mailing information, you can email us a request to info@monkeybusiness.com. Be sure to include your first and last name and mailing address in the "message" box.

Communications in Progress/Sales and Service Information.

Please note, if you have unsubscribed from any of our communications, due to production schedules, you may receive communications already in production. Also, if you request your registration information be deleted or if you unsubscribe from communications, we may maintain information about sales transactions or service inquiries for future service and record keeping purposes.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Policy Changes

We may change our privacy policy from time to time. We encourage you to refer to this policy on an ongoing basis so that you understand our current privacy policy. This policy was last modified on January 18th, 2009.

Returns Policy

We guarantee 100% satisfaction. However, if you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 10 days.* Items must be in new, resaleable condition. Clothing items must have tags attached to be returnable.

All sales are final for locations outside of the United States. We do not accept returns for international shipments, including Canada.

Please reference your order number and include your request for return or exchange in the return shipment.

*PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT CERTAIN ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. This includes any personalized items (including custom jerseys or iPods), and opened (unwrapped) CDs and DVDs. If you have any questions about whether or not a particular item can be returned, please contact customer service prior to placing your order.

For a refund of the purchase price, items must be returned within 10 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded for returned merchandise.

PLEASE NOTE: Personalized items (including customized iPods and personalized jerseys) are not returnable. Undergarments, Software, and Electronic Media Products (Underwear, Bathing Suits, CD's, DVD's, CD/DVD-ROMs, Computer Games, Software, and VHS Tapes) cannot be returned after they have been tried on or opened.

We ask that you do not return merchandise which is damaged, defective, or different than what you ordered. If you received the wrong item, or if the item you received is damaged or defective please call our customer service at info@monkeybusiness.com.

If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the price of the item only. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will not be billed additional shipping charges for the shipment of the exchange item.

Please also note that if you have received a damaged or defective item, you should not return it - please email us right away to info@monkeybusiness.com.

If your shipment is deemed undeliverable for any reason, it may be returned to our warehouse. You will be automatically refunded for the price of the merchandise as soon as your order is scanned back into inventory.

If your item appears to have a manufacturing defect (eg: misprinted logo, hole in fabric) please call customer service at info@monkeybusiness.com. Please explain what is wrong with the item and remember to have your order number handy. We will happily replace it for you.

Although we make every attempt to have items in stock, occasionally we may list inventory as backordered, indicating that the item is temporarily out of stock. When possible, we will post expected ship dates. Backordered items are typically returned to stock within 2-3 weeks. If you have an order for a backordered item which has been open for more than 3 weeks please email customer service at info@monkeybusiness.com.
